We think that teaching robotics to young children is a very good introduction into Science and Technology. We seek immense
pleasure to inform you that DPSG with RoboIndia Technologies will be organizing National Science Fair 2014, on 22
nd
and 23rd
August 2014. The event is broadly divided into four events . The details of the same are as follows:
Science Exhibition(23.08.2014) : In this category there will be more than 10 to 20 companies from various
backgrounds will be showcasing their products & researches.
Tech Session : Junior Scientist (for students of grade 8
th
to grade 10
th
)(22.08.2014): Training will be given to
students on basic physics and using fundamentals of physics students will be trained to design their own working
project like Automatic Street light controller, Sound operated Robot, Manual bot.
Fee (for take away kit) : Rs 300/-
Two Seminars(22.08.2014) for the students on
a) Motivational Seminar on way of studying
b) Educational Seminar on Career Options
Fee : Rs 100/- per students for both the seminars
c) A Guest lecture by Director or Eminent Researcher.
Competition (23.08.2014): Pump !! Pump !! Away!! . Students will be trained by a short lecture on basics of rocket
and then they will be designing their own rocket and launch it using water propulsion.
Fee ( for the materials provided ): Rs 150/- per student.
Interested students are required to submit the amount and consent slip by 19
th
August 2014 to Ms Anita Kachroo.
