Petition

We, the residents of Gladesville, petition to have more buses coming in and out of
Gladesville more quickly and reoccurring on Victoria Road.

Currently the timetable for buses to come in and out of Gladesville is every 15 to 20
minutes for each line, with quite filled buses. Buses in Gladesville are a very important
way of public transportation as our closest train lines are in West Ryde and
Meadowbank, and the nearest ferry is in Hunters Hill.
Due to the lack of buses, many people have to wait ages for a ride and sometimes end up
missing out and waiting for the next one because of over-crowded buses. Also, since
Gladesville has the big artillery road, Victoria Road, that goes through Sydney, into the
city, we have many people who have work in the city. Buses are the better option when
you have such bad traffic in the early morning and afternoons.

We press that the Transport of NSW takes note of what we, residents of Gladesville,
have to say and understand our situation. Do something about this problem.
