HB Southern Builders LLC proposes to remove and replace rotten siding, window trim, patio fence pickets and top
plates. Prime and paint all new wood to match existing. Repair rotted wood behind meter banks and reattach where
needed. Remove and replace brick facade as needed. Patch pot holes in parking lot where needed. Install hand rail
at sidewalks around building 6 and 7 where there is a considerable drop to the parking lot.

Exclusions:
Any rotten structural members that are found when replacing the siding and trim. Any Electrical work beyond
reattaching meter banks.
We propose to provide all labor, material and equipment to perform all work listed in the scope of work listed above in
a professional and timely matter with all work meeting or exceeding city and state building codes for: $104,478.92
Our bid price is guaranteed for 30 days. Work will be billed weekly as job progresses. Net 15
