    RELEASE OF MECHANICS LIENS

    FOR GOOD CONSIDERATION, the undersigned contractor or subcontractor having


    furnished materials and/or labor for construction at the premises known as

    do hereby release all liens, or rights to file liens against said property for material and/or services
    or labor provided to this date, with it acknowledged however, that this discharge of lien shall not
    necessarily constitute a release or discharge of any claim for sums now or hereinafter due for
