Welcome to 9
th
Grade Biology!
This year we will be learning biology, or the study of life. I am hoping that
this course will leave you with an understanding of, and appreciation for,
the amazing ways life on Earth takes place. Additionally, our in-class
learning will be supplemented by hands-on experiments that will allow us
to think critically and scientifically about biology. I look forward to
learning, discovering, and having fun together as we explore various topics
in biology!

look at the class website, or email me.
Late work: Homework and assignments must be handed in the day they
are due, and tests must be taken the day they are scheduled. If any
extenuating circumstances arise, contact me (in person or through email)

Things You Should Know:
Class begins when the bell rings. If you come in late, even if I have
not gotten to your name yet, you will be marked late.
Our class can only function well if we help each other learn. As a
result, disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
