Peach Pork Mack Herman

Ingredients
2 Plums
1 Peach
1 Tangerine
Pork chops
Vegetable Oil
Salt
Pepper
Cinnamon (not too much!)
Red Wine
Stock

Instructions
1. While pre-heating oven to 350
o
, peel fruit and chop into bite-size pieces
2. Salt and pepper both sides of the pork
3. Heat frying pan, pour in vegetable oil
4. When oil is heated, add pork. Brown both sides.
5. Remove pan from heat, pour remaining oil into baking dish.
6. Add fruit, wine, and stock, and mix. Add pork. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, mix in a bit.
7. Cover baking dish and put in oven
8. Let braise for 2-5 hours.
9. Remove from oven and uncover for at least an hour before serving.
