YOGHURT TART

1 packet Tennis Biscuits


1 x 1lt Yoghurt (any flavour)
1 x packet jelly (to match flavour of yoghurt)
1 x tin condensed milk
250ml Whipping Cream

Method
1. Make up jelly with a cup of boiling water and allow to cool
(use a little less water - it enables the pudding to set better)
2. Mix yoghurt and condensed milk together and add cooled jelly
3. Line dish with Tennis Biscuits
4. Pour half of mixture over biscuits
5. Place another layer of biscuits
6. Pour remainder of mixture over biscuits
7. Place in refrigerator to set
8. Top with whipped cream (optional) if not on a diet!!!!
9. ENJOY!
