ACTIVITY

TIME REQUIRED:
Activity time 20 minutes

MATERIALS REQUIRED:
White Papers, Colour Papers, Glue.

STEP 1:
Prepare the papers with the tree trunk drawn on it. Also cut shapes of leaves from the
colour papers (different colours can be used) with different traits, talents and
characteristics written on them.

STEP 2:
Provide each student with the paper that has the tree trunk drawn.

STEP 3:
Now ask each to pick the traits, talents or characteristics that they posses and to stick
them on the paper completing the tree.

STEP 4:
Now ask the students to look around to see the other students tree to know that their
tree is unique and different from others.

LINK TO THE ACTIVITY:
There are some things about us that are the same like we have a heart, hair, eyes etc.,
but there are also lots of things that are different. Some of the things we can see, like
hair colour and height, but some things we cant see like our favourite possessions at
home or attitudes like patience. God has made us and crafted us all differently and for
a particular purpose. We are special!
