groups and landholders who reside in the Nerang Catchment and have Cats claw creeper are encouraged to attend. Others also welcome. Morning tea will be provided on arrival. Please wear appropriate footwear, clothing, sunscreen and bring a water bottle. Free Native Tree Rescue Packs will be made available for those wishing to or currently tackling Cats claw creeper. Whats it all about? From September - December this year our bushland will be bursting with bright yellow flowers. These flowers belong to a non native vine called Cats claw creeper. This vine chokes native trees, which has significant impacts on wildlife and waterways.
