Ref: Press note of PIB Gov regarding appointment UPSC services under Electronics & Telecomm
Engineering discipline.
Dear Sir,
With due respect I want to inform that , I have been selected in the UPSC serices -2013
based on written exam held on 22
nd
june 2013 and interview on 3
rd
Jan 2014. I have been
recommended for appointment to UPSC services under Electronics & Telecomm Engineering
discipline vide GoI , PIB Press note .(The relevant copies of documents are enclosed in six
pages.)

As such I , offer my resignation from the services of Damodar Valley Corporation in order to
Join in UPSC services . The tentative joining in UPSC services is in the second week of
December . so my resignation may be accepted w.e.f. 25/08/2014 or before so that I will
continue the Notice period of 3(Three) months from the date of acceptance and I may be
released from DVC services in the first week of December.
