O Personal safety is the top priority.
O Go through one by one and examine carefully
the project drawing to feel the situation.
O Choosing the correct tools and helping others is
a must to save energy and time consuming.
O Always practice the 5S method at work.

Small but Big things
O In drilling process, use tap bit and hammer it on the
surface of the marking area so that when drilling, the
drill bit would not slipped.
O Screws which made from galvanise steel (GI) is
used to assemble parts which not involving with
water where else screws made from stainless steel
(SUS) is used to assemble parts which involving
with water so that the cost in making the machine
can be reduced.
O When using screws, put it all in respected hole first
before tightening them one by one to avoid the hole
between two surface displaced from each other.

Conclusion
O A good and precious experience.
O Improve my hardware skills.
O Enhance my knowledge on assembling
parts and tools & expand my vision in
Mechanical Engineering.
