Spaghetti Bolognese with Carrots

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
100g Beef Mince
150g Spaghetti
Onion
Carrot
1 Clove of Garlic
Bottle of Passata/Tomato Puree
Teaspoon Parmesan Cheese

Equipment:
Damp paper towel To prevent movement of chopping board
Srub To clean sink and dishes
Plug To block the sink to wash dishes
Detergent To clean dishes
Dish Cloth To wipe away food particles from bench

Gathering Ingredients:
Plastic Tray To carry equipment and food to bay
Plastic Plate For ingredients
Tablespoon To measure out the olive oil

Equipment (Preparation):
Chopping board For cutting food
Wooden Spoon To stir the food in the pan/pot
Tongs To stir pasta
Vegetable peeler For peeling the carrot
Grater To grate the carrot
Bowl To put the grater on
Bowl For meat
Glass Plate For pasta (final product)
Sharp knife For cutting
Scrap bowl For putting scraps in
Pasta Strainer To strain the pasta
Pan/Pot To make the pasta sauce
Pot To boil the pasta

Method:
1. Put of water in a pot and put on stove
2. Wash carrots, onion, and garlic
3. Peel the carrot and grate it
4. Finely dice the onion, garlic, and bacon (wash chopping board first)
5. Place pan/pot on stove and put 2 tablespoons of oil on medium heat
6. Gently put garlic, onion and carrot
7. Stir until soften and fragrant
8. When water is boiling, carefully add the spaghetti and stir until al dente
9. Slightly increase the heat and add the mince to the garlic, onion and carrot
10. Stir until the meat is browned all over
11. Stir in the tomato puree and stir with a wooden spoon
12. Once at a gentle simmer, reduce the heat to low and stir occasionally for about 25-30
minutes
13. Carefully drain the pasta and put it in with the pasta sauce (once cooked) if the sauce is not
ready yet, place pasta in a plate until the sauce cooks.
14. Stir the pasta and sauce together gently and plate it with parmesan cheese
