Ways to Name Numbers
An ordinal number is used to show order.
The ordinal numbers from 113 are shown below.
For numbers greater than 13:
Use -th for numbers that end in 0, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
Use -nd for numbers that end in 2 with the exception of those that end in 12.
Use -rd for numbers that end in 3 with the exception of those that end in 13.
Write the ordinal number and the ordinal word form of the number.
Name the number in two ways.
