Picture Cooking Technique

Slicing- using a knife to finely cut an ingredient.

Grating- Using a grater to create small shreds by
rubbing it on a grater.

Dicing- Using a knife to chop an ingredient into
small cubes.


Boiling- bringing water to maximum temperature
to boil an ingredient.




Baking- To cook a product in an oven.

Frying- To cook a product in oil on a frying pan.

Peeling- To remove the skin of an ingredient.

Whisking- To combine an ingredient well by
mixing at a face pace.

Sifting- To remove lumps from any sort of powder
substance.



Mixing- Combining ingredients together
electronically.
