WAIVER OF PRELIMINARY HEARING

Comes now, Dannalee Lett, by and through her attorney of record, the Oklahoma
Indigent Defense System, and after being fully advised by the Court and her counsel of her right
to a Preliminary Hearing, knowingly and voluntarily waives said Preliminary Hearing. This
waiver is given and executed freely without being compelled by undue influence or coercion.
