On Saturday September 13, 2014 at 2239 hrs a local 24 year old male who was intoxicated, jumped off of the

St Bridge into the Manitowoc River. A witness called dispatch and upon arrival by Manitowoc Police the
male was still in the river and unable to get out on his own, due to the water being cold. The male was pulled
from the river by Manitowoc Police Officers Krock and Officer Place. Once on the shore the male was treated
by the Manitowoc Fire Department and taken to a local hospital for non-life threatening medical treatment. The
male was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
