Objectives:

The project (Shoe Box) would like to highlight the following
objectives:

To let the students know more about giving/sharing
blessings they receive.
To make us more aware that many people are in the
state of need.
To know the value of small things.
To help those who are incapable of having school
things.
To be the eye opener for the students to know the
value of education.
To realize the true meaning of the quotation, Its better
to give than to receive.

Accomplishment Report

In the making of the shoe box, its a very fulfilling
experience. Imagine, those who will receive the shoe box
with school supplies (composed of a pen, pencils,
notebooks, ruler, pad paper and crayons) will be able to
cope with the advancement of education. It also helps me
to be creative in making the cover of the box. The materials
are easy to find and affordable for us, students, who will
give the supplies to the needy. It will give hope to those
young minds to set their goals and be able to achieve it in
the near future. Even if we give the basic needs in
schooling, we still believe that it will help a lot. In this project,
I realized the true meaning of the quoted statement, Its
better to give than to receive. It makes me more aware of
the things that are happening in our country. If we, people,
share/give to others, we may lead to a more economic-
stable and peaceful country.

Moral Lesson:

The project reflects the values of the Filipinos for being
helpful to others. It makes me more aware of the
happenings here in our country. Giving is the root of peace
in one nation. Even if I give small valued things, I know it will
help a lot. Education is the key to a successful future. We
must support each other hand-in-hand.
