For Towers B, C and D, there are 7 stages of payment with percentages due on booking, within 45 days, 90 days, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months and receipt of occupancy certificate. For Towers A and E, there are 10 stages of payment with percentages due on similar milestones and also on completion of construction up to different floor levels. Both payment plans require club charges, stamp duty and service tax to be paid as per terms.
