1. Take a STEP BACK and EVALUTE 2. VENT if you have to, BUT DO NOT LINGER on the problem. 3. Realize that OTHERS are out there FACING THIS TOO. 4. PROCESS your EMOTIONs(journal,blogging,meditate,talk, audio tape) 5. ACKNOWLEDGE your THOUGHTS(Recognize their presence) 6. GIVE yourself BREAK(GO for walk, Listen music,watch a move Get some sleep) 7. UNCOVER what you are really UPSET about (its not related to other but it must be related to your own problem) 8. See this as an OBSTACLE to be OVERCOME 9. ANALYZE the situation and FOCUS on ACTIONABLE steps 10. Identify HOW IT OCCURRED and so it WILL NOT OCCUR AGAIN next time 11. Realize that the situation CAN BE A LOT WORSE. 12. Do your BEST, but DO NOT KILL YOURSELF over it. 13.
