VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Examples of Vendor representative attendance requirements for Contractors

construction and/or pre-commissioning activities are as listed below. Contractor shall
review requirements accordingly to maintain Vendor warranties and as required to
successfully achieve Mechanical Completion of the FACILITIES.

It may be necessary to add more vendors to the list when further information is known
from the actual equipment suppliers. Contractor shall be required to add additional
vendor support for pre-commissioning of contractor supplied materials.

The following annotations are used in the table.

X - Required. Vendor attendance is mandatory.

R - Company recommends attendance of Vendor representative subject to review.
