    Very first step is to check which Quota type selection rule group is available
    1) Transaction code : SM30
    2) Table/View : V_T559L
    3) Base Entitlement : Check which Quota type selection rule group is used last
    So very next can be used now(let us start with 39)

    Create the rules as per requirement, I have started with 39, 40, 41.
