NOTICE
STATE GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP
Student belonging to General, OBC, SC, ST and Minority category are hereby informed that they
should apply online for fresh or renewal of scholarship application awarded by Social
Welfare Department of U P Government on the website http://scholarship.up.nic.in ,
provided your parents income is less then Rs.2.0 Lakhs per annum from all sources.
The student must be ready with the following documents before online submission of
application form:-
1-Signed Photograph in Soft Copy (20 KB in JPG Format) for uploading
2- Pass book of Bank account of student
3-Fee Details
4. Cast Certificate along with it online verification
5-Income Certificate along with it online verification
6-Educational Certificates issued by Boards/ Universities
7-Valid University ID card
8-Applicable affidavits (on judicial stamp paper of Rs.10/-) .
The detail procedure and eligibility condition for on line submission of scholarship application
form is available on above website. Further for any clarification you may contact Mr. Abhishek
Gaur in Students Record Room.
The student must submit the print out of on line submitted form along with the required
documents to Student Record Room within 7 days after on line submission of form. Last date
for submission of form to Student Record Room is 15
