Grade 5 Homework Expectations

It is important to develop good work habitsespecially as you prepare to move on to

Middle School. Doing your homework, putting it in your bag, and turning it in every day
is an important part of this. I am confident that most 5
th
graders have already developed
this very important skill. or those who have not, e!tra incentives to do so may be in
order.

If you fail to turn in your homework on time 3 times in 1 one week, you
will be assigned an after school detention.

If you fail to turn in your homework on time 3 times in the quarter, you
will be assigned a lunch detention.
More than 3 times will earn an after school detention.

If you fail to turn in your homework on time 2 times in the quarter, you
will be assigned a lunch detention.
More than 2 times will earn an after school detention.
