Serve from behind the serving line
Aim is to serve the ball into the area with the most points

A feeder will throw the subject a rainbow pass to the player
The player will then dig the ball back over the net into one of the marked
areas
If the ball does not go over the net then the player will register one point for
this shot

TEST 3- THE SET
5 Attempts
The feeder will throw a underarm pass to the player, the setter will then try to
set the ball into the target area
The set obviously needs to be higher than the net otherwise the player will
only receive one point.
