BMW CPO Wrap Program Offerings Clarification

We previously announced updates to the CPO Wrap program, effective April 1, 2014. Since launch, we
have received questions regarding vehicle eligibility and would like to provide additional clarity on the
program. This bulletin is intended to assist you in differentiating between the CPO Wrap program
offerings when selling, enrolling and administering these products. Please be aware that all pricing on
this bulletin is identical to bulletin 14-N-51. The layout has been reformatted for your
convenience.

For your reference, here is a reminder of the BMW CPO program codes and what they represent:
-UW Prior version of CPO; also referred to as Legacy CPO
-UP New CPO program; also referred to as the standard CPO program
-CPO Elite CPO program for Young Used Vehicles with CPO coverage for 5 years and 75,000 miles;
also uses the UP CPO code

Reminder: Vehicles enrolled and retailed as CPO prior to January 1, 2014 will continue to carry the UW
coverage.

The chart below summarizes the current CPO Wrap program offerings for each CPO code:



Currently, all CPO Wrap programs appear available for all CPO vehicles in DCS. To assist you in selecting
the correct CPO Wrap program, we have enhanced the pricing guide on the following pages to better
differentiate each offering. We are working with our partners to change the product names in DCS for
more clarity as well as to enhance DCS to display only eligible coverage options.
