It is my pleasure to present my resume to you in consideration as a future Elementary School Teacher in
the Dietrich School District. With my desire to finish my Bachelors Degree in Arts for Elementary
Education, my hands on experience, as well as my desire to provide all students with a quality education,
I am confident in my ability to be a valuable member of your academic team.

The enclosed resume will demonstrate my solid creative, instructional, and leadership capabilities as well
as my accomplishments. Throughout my work experience, I have had many opportunities to teach
children of all elementary ages, including those with learning disabilities. This experience has taught me
to be creative in my lesson plans and to foster fun and engaging learning environments. I have a strong
passion to help educate the minds of children to promote creativity and encourage growing independence.

One of my greatest strengths is having the patience needed to develop a personal understanding of each
students unique needs. I am able to connect normal day activities with school experiences to increase
motivation, awareness, and an understanding of the materials. I am more than willing to take the extra
time needed to ensure that all students grasp the learning materials. Furthermore, I will ensure time to
meet with parents to build personal relationships, encourage participation at home and promote parental
involvement.
