Students will develop their arithmetic and computational skills applied to business and personal finance scenarios. Emphasis is placed upon application and project-centered learning in order to facilitate transference to life and career pursuits.
Grading Scale: Grades will be assigned in accordance with district policy A - 90%-100%, B 80%-89%, C 70%-79%, D 60%-69%, F 59% or less
Homework Policy: For each day late, an assignment will drop ten percentage points. Except in the case of absences, assignments that are four or more days late will be assigned no points. Group projects will not be accepted late; each member will be assigned no points if not turned in by its due date.
