To maintain a healthy heart, active brain and optimally
working muscles, you must take care to eat balanced diet
that provides proper nutrients to your body. These
nutrients provide you with energy as well as stronger
bones, muscles and tendons.
Reduce, do not eliminate. you just have to reduce your
intake gradually until you see that you do not need to eat it
as much as before.
Eat slowly. By eating slowly, you wont be stuffing your
stomach and over eating and you will still feel full.
Do not eat late at night. If you are hungry after dinner, you
should just have a small snack and remember not to sleep as
soon as you finish eating.
Avoid emotional eating. To avoid this, you must know how
to deal with your feelings so that you do not transfer the
negative energy to binge eating.

We also must planning a balanced diet to have healthy
food. How to plan a balanced diet?? We must eat
protein and more food as shown in my brochure.We
also must eat food in pyramid food.We can get healthy
body with eat enough food..

We must distributing food to the unfortunate group
because they being entitled to have basic needs met
,Including to have healthy food and enough food . The
community should try to help unfortunate group.
ISLAM -all food allowed(Halal) except for those that
are considered harmful. Prohibited foods (and other as
pects of life) are called Haram.
The list of Haram foods includes pork, alcohol and any
products that contain emulsifiers
made from animal fats, particularly margarine
Caffeinated drinks such as coffee may be considered
Haram
