Badminton agility drills

Using half the court, place 5 cones
down, 4 in the corners and 1 in the
middle.
Collecting one cone at a time, and,
using correct footwork to move
around the court, collect the cones
as quickly as possible and place
them in the middle of the court,
then lay them all back out to the
corners. Time how quickly you can
do this.
No pressure.

Use 3 feeders on one side of the net
and one performer on the other
side. Serve and hand feed shuttles
so that the player, X, has to play a
series of OHCs and NSs, constantly
moving back to the middle after
every shot then back into position
to play the next shot.
More pressure and gamelike.
