the importance of
physical activity to

people do not under-

Without Physical Education in our lives or school curriculum I
believe this world would suffer of obesity, cardiovascular prob-
lems and etc. We need physical education believe it or not be-
cause it teaches more then just playing a sport. It gives us the
fundamental basic motor skills we need in life growing up. With
out those we couldn't do basic things such as catch or throw
and even learn how to do physical activities in a structural man-
ner.
Where would we be without Physical
Education
Exercising with a purpose is very important. Many people
don't have the motivation or support they may want to
exercise. Thats exactly why you should always exercise
with a purpose. Have a reason why your exercising or
event set a goal not only to motivate you, but to also
help you stay fit and reach different achievements each
time you work out.
