Andy & Lisa Blake

Weve already seen how vital it

is to have teammates in this
work (Ecc. 4:9-12). God has
richly blessed us with the Blake
family. We are so thankful for
their friendship and their heart
for these people. Pray for the
Equip training with Global
Gates we just started together
and for God to lead our team
to whole families we can share
the gospel with in the coming
weeks.
Prayer Requests
Please pray with us for our rst
believer to come from these
people, Bill, as we seek to
disciple him with a language
and reading barrier.
Protection and provision for our
children as they attend school
Opportunities to share Christ with
receptive people around us
Grace and peace as we continue to
transition into a new community
PRAISE: for Rachels nursing job at a
nearby hospital (starts Oct. 6)
Weve spent the better part of
the past three weeks unpacking
boxes and getting settled into
our new home.
I (Rachel) had
only seen
pictures of our
apartment...I
was so anxious
to see it in
person! Its
wonderful! Its
a 3-story
house; a sweet single mom rents
the basement and we have the
main and top levels. We had
prepared ourselves to live in a
tiny shoebox apartment, but
God has
blessed us with
plenty of space
to run and
play (even a
backyard)! The
neighborhood
is mostly quiet
and we live a
block away
from the elementary school.
What a blessing...we love it here!

We Made It
z
After our commissioning services on August 17, we packed up and left
the great city of Birmingham, our home for the last 15 years. Three
days, eight states (and more than a few pit stops) later, we nally
arrived in New Jersey. We are SO excited to be here!
