Access
Log in to computer with generic account
A lockdown browser should automatically launch after login. There will be no toolbars
and it can only access the NWEA MAP assessment site. When the lockdown browser is
closed, the map computer user account will automatically log out.
Most applications will be locked down when using this account.
Username: map
Password: testmap

NWEA Site
Username is HCPSS email address
User can reset password

Test Sessions
Test Session Naming Convention (not case-sensitive)
SES Grade Teacher MAP Test Subject
Example: SES 5th Ashton Reading
All teachers are proctors
Only one proctor can be logged in to a specific test session at one time
3 Methods for Pausing or Stopping Test Sessions for Individual Students:
Pause
Used for bathroom breaks, stretch breaks, etc.
Test is resumed where student left off
Test must be resumed within 30 minutes
Suspend
Used if student runs out of time at end of test block, etc.
Test is resumed where student left off
Test must be completed within 14 days
Terminate
Used if student goes home sick, etc.
Test is restarted
At the conclusion of each testing day (even if students are not done), End Test Session

Roles
Administrator
Can access all students and manage test sessions
Proctor
Can create and manage test sessions
Instructor
Can access students in ones own class
