To lock a file with enabled macros:
Step 1: click the option button and Step 2: select "Enable this content" and click OK. Alternatively, go to the Developer tab, click macro security, and click enable all macros. To enter N/A values, select 999 for the topic. Lock the sheet using the password "FACULTY RED". For reviewers: the password is "HODREVIEW" (all uppercase). Select a value from 0 to 5, then lock the reviewer section using the password "Blue".

Alternatively we can enable macro by First goto Developer Tab click macro security click enable all macro How to enter N/A(not applicable) values for seminars/tutorials
- For not applicable values, select 999 in the specific topic as shown above. - Fill all the fields with appropriate values - Lock the sheet ( by Faculty RED )

Password = HODREVIEW ( all uppercase letter) This will enable reviewers Tab
