1/4 cup peanut butter 3 Tablespoons evaporated cane juice crystals 1/3 cup soy sauce 3 Tablespoons sesame oil (or 2-1/2 Tablespoons regular sesame oil plus one splash of hot sesame oil for extra kick) 1 Tablespoon minced garlic 3 Tablespoons canola oil 1 teaspoon chili flakes sliced scallions chopped peanuts cilantro (optional)
Basic Instructions Gently heat all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over low heat until flavors are well blended. Serve over cooked noodles and top with sliced scallions, chopped peanuts and cilantro.
