Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients:
500 g Mascarpone cheese

4 eggs (large)

2 tbs sugar

4 tbs marsala

3 cups espresso coffee

Pavesini/Saviorardi Biscuits

Cacao/Cocoa

Method:
Beat Mascarpone cheese, egg yolks, sugar and marsala together. Beat egg
whites until soft peaks form. Fold egg whites into mascarpone mixture.

Place coffee in a flat dish and dip biscuits. Layer cream mixture and biscuit layer
in a dish, starting with a cream layer and finishing with a cream layer.
Refrigerate for 8 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle with cacao.

Will keep for 3-4 days
