Common Law Robbery


On September 13, 2014, at approximately 6:17 am, a common law robbery took place
at the Little Bucks convenience store located at 717 N. Cannon Blvd in Kannapolis. The
female clerk was restrained in headlock by the suspect and currency was removed from
a cash box. The suspect ran from the store and was last seen running south.
