records in every case. She requested, filed, tracked maintained and organized records in over
250 cases, and did so with a smile on her face the entire time. She was a valuable asset and was
let go through no fault of her own.
Among Biancas many attributes that make her a great employee are her attention to detail and
her fantastic attitude. Each and every day, Bianca arrived at our office on time and with a smile
on her face. She went above and beyond to see if there was anything she could do to help me,
even if it went beyond the scope of her duties. Bianca has an innate understanding of what it
means to be an employee and to work for the good of the organization.
