STEP 1: MIX THE WET INGREDIENTS Melt the butter, golden syrup and water in a saucepan on the stovetop. Once melted remove from the heat and stir in the bicarbonate of soda. STEP 2: MIX THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS Combine the flour, brown sugar, rolled oats and coconut in a large mixing bowl. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry and mix until fully combined.
