Sir/Madam:

Our earnest good wishes to you and your family.

Inopacan District is receiving guest/s coming from Regional and Division Offices from time to
time to monitor the schools and the teachers as well. Its been a burden where to house comfortably the
visitor/s at times when they will stay overnight due to distant home. The District Office has no convenient
breathing space for them to lay their back down at ease. Moreover, District Supervisors who will be
assigned in Inopacan will live through the same situation.

Corresponding to this problem and as hospitality speaks of, the Inopacan District workforce
plans to resolve this by extending a room at the back of the District Office good and cozy enough to stay
in. Our present District Supervisor pledges an amount coming from her own purse as aid on this plan
thinking she wont be staying here for good. Since the expenses are quite big to own by a single person,
we still be deficient of the necessary funds and/or materials. We conjointly call for your munificent heart
any assistance that would defray the lacking expenditures. Please be assured that we will exert effort to
meet your expectations on the realization of this project.
