Please be on the lookout for the above missing vulnerable adult. He was last seen on
9/26/14 at 1330 hrs in the 800 blk of Lemmon St. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, blue
jeans, blue/grey air max shoes, and is bald headed. Ronald is high functioning mentally
challenged. He knows his name however does not know his address or how to get
around. May be wandering in the area of 800 Lemmon St and is unfamiliar with the area.
