Only one was delivered

When you called to speak to someone about it, no one could find a record of your

This is not the first time youve had problems like this

I am writing to complain about the three photocopiers that I ordered on 21
st
October 2013 from your company. However, for the time being I received only one
photocopier. I am disappointed because there was a mistake on the invoice that reads
One Procom Photocopier which I think was clearly misrepresented. Our school
needs the photocopiers urgently. To make matters worse, your staff
were unable to find my record and obviously that was not the first time I dealt with it.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you could deliver the rest of the
photocopiers within 14 working days.

Hi there,
It seems that your delivery was not properly organized. I only received one out of three
photocopiers. The invoice didnt actually represent the actual order. We need them very
urgently. Also the treatment that I received from your staff was totally shocking.
It would be nice if you could deliver the rest of them IMMEDIATELY!!!
