Responsibilities
To analyse, develop, update and proofread technical publications,
manuals, brochures, marketing tools for various software and hardware
projects to ensure conformity to MIMOS publication standards and
meet quality and timeline requirements
To ensure all publications are effectively communicated and well-
understood by a wide range of audiences
To work closely with project managers, marketing teams, development
groups and other respective departments to plan, develop and update
assigned content
Significant technology knowledge and content development skills must
be developed and maintained, as well as staying abreast of changing
ICT trends and technologies
To deliver other write-ups related to technical publications and jobs
delegated by the supervisor or Department Director
Job
Requirements
A degree in English/Mass Communication/Marketing with technical
background OR an Engineering/IT degree with technical writing
qualification/experience with at least Second Class Division or
equivalent
Strong command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
At least 2 years of experience with good technical writing portfolio is
preferred
Analytical, good team player, and able to work with different kinds of
people at all levels
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
Willing to be based at Technology Park Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur
Key Skills
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
