LEADERSHIP LABORATORY OPERATIONS ORDER

1. SITUATION
a. Leadership Lab will meet for scheduled sessions

2. MISSION
a. All cadets will listen to briefings
b. All cadets will participate in awards ceremony and mentoring time
c. GMC will take warrior knowledge quiz and participate in training time
d. POC will participate in professional development and corps job time
e. Half of the 100s will participate in Team Venture Course

3. EXECUTION
a. All cadets will participate in reveille
b. All cadets will meet in Tillman 100
b. Leadership Lab will begin at 1530
c. All cadets will be dismissed at 1730


4. UNIFORM OF THE DAY
a. POC cadets will wear Utilities
b. FTP cadets will wear service uniform
c. IMT cadets will wear orange Detachment t-shirt and khakis
d. IMT cadets going to team venture will wear PTs after 1530

5. INCLEMENT WEATHER
a. In the case of hurricane or tornado, all cadets will report to the basement of Tillman Hall

6. OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT
a. All cadets will be aware of requirement to properly hydrate
b. In the case of a fire or earthquake, all cadets will exit and form up on Bowman Field
c. In the case of any emergency, flight commanders will take accountability
d. All cadets will maintain awareness and caution when moving in the stairwell

PHYSICAL TRAINING OPERATIONS ORDERS
1. SITUATION
a. Physical Training will meet for its scheduled training sessions.

2. MISSION
a. Cadets will participate in staff directed group exercise.

3. EXECUTION
a. Physical Training meets at 0600 on Monday and Wednesday and Friday.
b. Cadets will be dismissed at 0700 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

4. ADMINISTRATION AND LOGISTICS
a. All cadets will wear PT uniform.
c. All cadets will wear flight shirts on Wednesday
b. All cadets will bring their own water.

5. INCLEMENT WEATHER
a. Check for emergency email on cancellation or update of Physical Training location.
If an email is not sent, report to Fike.
b. All cadets must bring their CUID in the event the Physical Training location is
changed.


6. OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT
a. One CPR certified cadre member will be present at all mandatory PT events.
b. All cadets will be aware of the requirement to properly hydrate. Water will be
available at all training sites.
c. All cadets will be aware of the importance of proper fit of footwear.
d. All cadets will be aware of the potential hazards of campus traffic to and from PT.
e. All cadets will have a wingman to escort them if they need to fall out.
f. All cadets will exercise correct form.
g. All cadets will be aware of their physical condition during PT and fall out if unable
to perform.
