On December 13, 2009, Officers responded to 50th and Fillmore on a report of a DOA. Upon
arrival, officers located the body of the victim, later identified as Allisen Falk-Compton, 22,
suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The investigation found that sometime between the late
evening hours of December 12, and the early morning hours of December 13, 2009, an unknown
suspect shot the victim to death in an area between the homes and railway tracks.

Through the investigation, police identified and arrested Kervin Andre Rogers, 8/9/1984, for
investigation of Murder in the First Degree. Detectives will present this case to the Denver District
Attorney for consideration of formal charges. We are not releasing a photograph of Rogers at this
time pending additional investigation.
