- Dual-tone multi-frequency
signaling (DTMF) is used
for telecommunication
signaling over analog telephone lines
in the voice-frequency band
between telephone handsets and
other communications devices and
the switching center.


- Quadcopter A quadcopter, also
called a quadrotor
helicopter, quadrotor, is
a multirotor helicopter that is lifted
and propelled by four rotors.
Quadcopters are classified
as rotorcraft, as opposed to fixed-
wing aircraft, because their lift is
generated by a set
of rotors (vertically
oriented propellers).


- Line Follower Some of the
earliest Automated Guided Vehicles
(AGVs) were line following mobile
robots. They might follow a visual
line painted or embedded in the floor
or ceiling or an electrical wire in the
floor. Most of these robots operated
a simple "keep the line in the center
sensor" algorithm. They could not
circumnavigate obstacles; they just
stopped and waited when something
blocked their path.





- Drones An unmanned aerial
vehicle (UAV), commonly known as
a drone and referred to as
a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA)
by the International Civil Aviation
Organization (ICAO), is
an aircraft without a
human pilot aboard.
