The symposium registrations contains memberships sold at the symposium.
These have to be separated from the symposium revenue. Include them as separate
line items under memberships or below this item. But identify them somewhere.
The Eastern and Western (now Pacific) regional symposiums generate a loss
or profit (the Pacific has a loss of $200 for the Jones award). These should be
separate line items.
IWA returns a reimbursement to CAWQ which should be identified as a
separate line item.
A complete breakdown of the central symposium should be appended to our
annual statement. Since Janet sends this to me, I can readily include it without any
further action elsewhere.
