Submittal the classifications society certifications of welding consumable
Submittal the relevant welding consumable technical data sheet

1. Quantities are hold.
For pipe work the welding consumable used for welding carbon steel pipe ,Low temparature carbon
steel pipe,Stainless steel pipe shall be: all relevant welding consumable shall be low Diffusible
hydrogen , CVN Requirement . The electrod wires used for thick walled tube(T 19mm ) shall have
Post Welding Heat Treatment(PWHT) property .The electrod wires used for stainless steel shall meet
the requirmnet: -196 with 0.38mm lateral expansion minimum base on ASME B31.3 . More details
refer to the attachmen technical data sheet sheet and specification
ALL welding consumable must meet the basic requirments(size ,classification , CVN, Diffusible
hydrogen PWHT etc. ) listed in attachment ,specification and the scope of work above:
Wheatstone Project LNG Plant
Normal delivery period must less than 7 weeks .
For Structure the welding consumable used for welding structure steel-Q345B shall be : Each welding
consumable shall be low Diffusible hydrogen ,CVN Requirement, SMAW used for root welding ,FCAW
and SAW used for fill welding& cap .More details refer to the attachment- technical data sheet sheet
and specification ;
For stainless steel welding consumable the requirement is : the consumable need meet -
196 with 0.38mm lateral expansion minimum base on ASME B31.3, a testing report for
each batch is needed
