Bldg 2 Foundation Proposal:

HB Southern Builders LLC proposes to remove existing piers, level, install new piers to stabilize the
south end of the foundation and restore landscaping back to previous state at building 2 per the
engineering recommendations provided by National Structural Engineering, Inc.

Scope of Work:

Leveling and Stabilization of the Foundation at Building 2 Price Per Qty Totals
* Remove existing Piers. (This is an estimate only) $224.00 10 $2,240.00
* Install perimeter piers $200.00 13 $2,600.00
* Install Interior Piers $256.00 6 $1,536.00
* Install topsoil around foundation per yard $50.00 6 $300.00
* Install sod to prevent future erosion per pallet $350.00 1.5 $525.00

Total to level, stabilize and restore landscaping at building 2 $7,201.00

Exclusions: Any damage to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cosmetic, structural or flooring due to leveling
and installation of piers.

We propose to provide all labor, material and equipment to perform all work listed in the scopes of work listed above
in a professional and timely matter with all work meeting or exceeding city and state building codes for:
