Fredlov Valving Machine

CHECK THE CYLLINDER ARE EMPTY BY BLOWING N2 TO THE CYLLINDER AND MAKESURE THERE ARE NO PRESSURE
LEFT
1. Removing Valve
a. Check the clamp control pressure are set at 90 Psig
b. Set the angle and high of the Valve Jaw
c. Pull the Clamp control
d. Mark the cylinder with related valve
e. Place the cylinder in
f. Set the cylinder to be centralize with the Valve Jaw by turning the Manual Clamp
g. Push the clamp control to seal the cylinder
h. Fit The Valve Jaw to the cylinder valve, by holding the Valve Jaw and set the lever to Remove
Carefully
i. Fully set the lever to Remove until the valve is remove from the cylinder
j. Pull the clamp control to release the cylinder
k. Take the cylinder out and check for internal cleaning
2. Inserting Valve
l. Confirm the Torque of the cylinder and valve (choose the smaller)
m. Set the angle and high of the Valve Jaw
n. Pull the Clamp control
o. Place the cylinder in
p. Set the cylinder to be centralize with the Valve Jaw by turning the Manual Clamp
q. Push the clamp control to seal the cylinder
r. Put the valve, insert it by hand
s. Fit The Valve Jaw to the cylinder valve, by holding the Valve Jaw and set the lever to Remove
Carefully
t. Set the pressure of the torque according the cylinder / valve information

u. Fully set the lever to Insert until the valve is inserted to the cylinder until 2 3 thread are left
v. Pull the clamp control to release the cylinder

Please Observe this point :
1. Clean the compartment motor drive box every Monday morning
2. Check the level of Lubricant Oil, Add if necessary with Air Tools Oil
3. Make sure that the Lubricant Oil drip each of 10 motor cycle
4. Make sure there are no particle inside of cylinder
5. Grease the Pole thin
6. Make sure not too stress that the gear chain
