Techniques Parallaxing for ident 1 to merge the foreground images with the background to make one picture and flash animation for ident 2 & 3 to animate the movement of the images and words I plan to use in the ident. Ethos BBCs mission is to supply people with programmes that inform, educate and entertain. A few of their values are; Trust, creativity, independence, impartial and honesty. Their audiences are the heart of everything they do and aim to do.
I have portrayed their ethos; values and mission, in my idents by including the TV shows most popular with their audience and that the channel are known for. Audience My target audience for my idents are 16- 26 year old primarily, and secondarily 27-34 year olds. BBC Threes target audience is primarily 16 34 Years old, who are young in spirit and mindset. Ideas Idea 1 The background image is black with the BBC Three logo at the top then as it turns pictures of main character appears and create one whole image. Idea 2 It begins with an old analogue television and on the screen is the old BBC Three logo, this then transitions into a digital flat screen television with the latest BBC Three logo, this then fades away and the word INNOVATE appears in the middle of the screen with a black background and pink font, this then transitions into a laptop, phone and tablet with BBC iPlayer on screen. Idea 3 The words BRAVE (Documentaries), BREAKTHOUGH (Comedies), STAND OUT (Drama), INTELLIGENT ()& INNOVATE will be made out of the name of television programmes that are shown on the channel, then it will end with the BBC Three logo centre screen.
